Executive Director
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is looking for an experience Executive Director. This position reports directly to our Board of Commissioners and is responsible for the overall operation, management and strategic director of the Housing Authority, ensuring the effective delivery of housing programs and services. This role involves overseeing operations, managing staff, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and fostering partnerships with community organizations.
Qualified candidates will have a master's degree in public administration, or a related field, as well as CPHM and LIHTC qualifications, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior position of a public housing authority or housing finance agency. Ideal candidates will also have prior experience working with a bargaining unit, various housing developments (HCV, PH, and LIHTC), as well as large scale budgeting experience.
