About the Role
As the DPT Program Director, you will:
Provide strategic leadership for program development and continuous improvement
Oversee accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with CAPTE standards

Engage in teaching, scholarship, and service within a supportive and values-driven culture

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following:
Terminal academic degree (e.g., PhD, EdD, DSc)
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist in Indiana
At least six years of higher education experience, including three as core faculty in a CAPTE-accredited program
Eligibility for appointment at the associate or full professor level
Evidence of scholarship, leadership, and a commitment to student success
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
