What You’ll Do
- Supervise grounds staff and student workers
- Maintain turf, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and athletic fields
- Coordinate with contractors and support seasonal tasks like snow removal
- Manage irrigation systems and synthetic turf upkeep
- 3 years in groundskeeping (1 year in leadership preferred)
- Strong equipment and turf maintenance knowledge
- Communication and team leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
