- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status and care needs.

- Perform diagnostic tests, including phlebotomy and medical imaging as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic setting.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Experience in internal medicine or hospice palliative medicine is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
