Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. Duties
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks as required.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to identify electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing to detect potential electrical hazards.
- Calibrate electrical equipment and hydraulics systems as needed.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using vision inspection systems and other diagnostic tools.
- Perform field service and maintenance on electrical systems, including high voltage equipment.
- Provide customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Participate in training and continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Skills
- Industrial electrician experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to detect and diagnose electrical issues using a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of hydraulics systems and the ability to calibrate them as needed.
- Experience with vision inspection systems and other diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with high voltage electrical equipment and the ability to perform field service and maintenance on these systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a variety of environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
