Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing standardized quality control checks on our company products to ensure they meet the required company standards for dimensional and paint quality. You will also be required to maintain On Ramp reporting and identify areas for quality control improvement.
This is a full time position. 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Primary function is inspection of painted and unpainted parts
· Entering On-Line Defects into On-Ramp
· QA Stock – receiving parts to stock
· Check job paperwork for completeness
· Report issues in “On-Ramp”
· On-ramp documentation
· Processing and documentation of red tags, putting and taking parts off of Hold
· Assist with investigation of quality issues
· Daily department quality checks
· Train other on this job as required
· This position is expected to cross train and learn QA stock, CS1, Processing of scrap and MDR’s
· Duties include: Part Counting, Sorting, packaging and duties assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proficient with quality instruments (calipers, protractors, etc)
· Strong blueprint reading skills
· Strong understanding of Mancor’s manufacturing process
· Excellent attendance
· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
· Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
· Quality inspection: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
