Associate Attorney - GA
Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, IL, NY, MI, OH, GA and FL. We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our Kennesaw, GA office with 1-3 years experience to join our growing firm. As an associate attorney you will be immediately immersed in our litigation process from suit initiation up through and including conducting trial. Experienced and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and execute court calls
- Handle motions, contested hearings, arbitrations and trials.
- Draft, review and approve pleadings including complaints, motions, discovery and post judgment supplemental proceedings.
What You'll Need:
- Education: Law degree (JD) Active license to practice law in Georgia
- Law license in Kentucky, Indiana and/or Ohio, Florida, New York is a plus but not required.
