We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Allegro and extensive knowledge of the North America Power and Gas business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Allegro, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Top Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Allegro platform (configuration, customization, optimization).
- Experience in the North America Power and Gas business, including trading, risk management, and commodity management.
- Ability to design and implement effective technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud is a plus, as the Allegro instance is hosted on AWS.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-vendor environment, including offshore teams.
Industry Experience:
- Extensive experience in the North America Power and Gas business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Allegro Expertise:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Allegro to configure, customize, and optimize solutions for the Power and Gas business.
- Lead the implementation of Allegro features ensuring best practices for scalability and performance.
- Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, and challenges.
- Analyze and document business processes, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Solution Design:
- Design and implement technical solutions leveraging Allegro's capabilities to meet business needs.
- System Integration:
- Develop and maintain integrations between Allegro and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Oversee integration testing and resolve issues as they arise.
- Technical Support:
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Allegro-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and ensure quick resolution.
- Training & Documentation:
- Create and deliver training programs for end-users and technical staff.
- Document system configurations and processes.
- Cloud Expertise:
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud is beneficial, as Allegro is hosted on AWS.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work in a multi-vendor environment, collaborating with internal and offshore teams.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Project Management:
- Contribute to project planning and execution. Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Performance Tuning:
- Conduct performance tuning of the Allegro system to ensure optimal performance.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Regulatory Compliance & Security:
- Ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations and security standards.
