The Role

We are a leading, family run watch and jewelery retailer, looking to appoint a Sales and Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our Greenwich store.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of a Sales and Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting salespeople on the floor with clients.
  • Shipping.
  • Gift wrapping.
  • Assisting with monthly vendor reports.
  • Assisting the processing and return of memo items.
  • Keeping the shipping area neat and organized.
  • Assisting with entering and tagging special orders and inventory.
  • Keeping track of office and shipping supplies and ordering of said supplies.
  • Assisting with merchandising jewelry and watches.
  • Organizing and keeping watch and jewelry displays organized.
  • Keeping watch boxes in order and organized.
  • Keeping jewelry boxes organized and neat.
  • Assisting store controller with bookkeeping and filing when not needed on the sales floor.
