Manganaro Southeast, LLC is looking for a Project Accountant to join our team at our Charlotte, NC location.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare requisitions and releases of liens (ROL) within the Accounts Receivable process. (AIA Billing Required)
- Process AP for Business Units
- Perform general ledger entries in multiple accounting software packages
- Assist with month-end close process
- Support the Accounting Department with special projects as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Preferred
- 2 years of Construction Accounting experience 1 year of Job Costing experience in Construction
- Equivalent combination of experience education will be considered.
- Must understand AIA Billing, Lien Releases, and Job Costing

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Preferred: Viewpoint Vista, Woodware, and/or Comsense Software
- Preferred: Textura, Procore &/or GC Pay Billing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of integrity. NOTE: Background check required.
- Able to work independently while being part of a team.
