Mangino Buick & GMC are currently looking for a skilled Warranty Administrator. The primary responsibility in this role will be to make sure that the procedures pertaining to warranty claims are carried out efficiently. Receiving, processing, and evaluating warranty claims, as well as confirming their validity and guaranteeing their accuracy and completeness. In addition to ensuring that claims follow the company's policies and procedures, you will keep track of warranty claims, customer data, product specs, and resolutions.
Keeping consumers informed about the status of their claims and answering their questions and concerns will also be part of this role. By tracking and identifying patterns, trends, and recurring difficulties, the Warranty Admin. will analyze warranty data and provide recommendations for enhancements that will optimize claims procedures.
Responsibilities:

Receive, process and review warranty claims for customers.

Verify claims forms and eligibility and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

Maintain records of warranty claims, customer information, product specifications, dates, and resolutions

Ensure claims adherence to the company’s policies and guidelines

Communicate with customers to provide updates on claims status and address and resolve related issues and queries

Analyze warranty data to track and identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues

Prepare and present reports on findings to relevant stakeholders

Suggest improvements in policies, procedures, and product design

Identify and develop strategies for maximizing claims processes

Maintain a comprehensive product knowledge

Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex warranty-related issues

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Relevant General Motors experience in warranty administration, claims processing or related field

Strong Computer skills and proficiency with MS Office

Outstanding communication skills

Detail Oriented
- CDK experience a plus
Pay:
- $16.00 - $19.00/hour dependent on experience
