Mohawk Chevrolet is actively seeking a warranty assistant to join our service team. As a warranty assistant, you will assist in making warranty calls to assist in vehicle repairs for customers. The position works as a bridge from the service advisors to warranty companies to ensure our customers are able to utilize their warranty contracts with us. In addition, the warranty assistant will help manage inbound and outbound calls for the service department from our valued customers looking to schedule a service appointment, all while providing excellent customer service.
Must be prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. The applicant needs to be a team player and be willing to work closely with the service staff. Must ensure that we provide a positive dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Contact warranty companies and assist with warranty claims
- Answer inbound service customer calls.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
- Schedule customer service appointments
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keep positive relationships with teammates, sales and service teams.
