What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Team Lead position at Mango LLC?
Mango Salon is growing and we are looking to add to our Leadership team!
We are looking for:
A Salon Team Lead, someone who can lead, guide, and inspire our Salon Team while delivering amazing service to our Guests. This role makes an incredible impact everyday - on our guests, our teams and our company.
Some traits we are looking for:
- Personable – friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others.
- Accountable- learn Mango processes. This will include greeting guests, confirming salon services, learning salon software, credit card transactions, and re-booking follow up appointments.
- Organized – coordinate Service Floor; help Salon Management Team support and communicate Mango initiatives and programs. Coordinate staff coverage and Designer Schedules.
- Adaptable & Flexible- capable of working flexible hours, interact with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are satisfied, knowledge of salon services, products & promotions. Anticipate your team’s needs, help them thrive and contribute to their success!
- Motivated- passion for the industry, positive attitude, and professionalism is a must as well as the ability to train, coach, and develop a team. Desire for career growth within the company.
This position requires you to continually walk and stand 6 – 8 hours at a time; carry up to 25 lbs (as needed)
