We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Porting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing the process of porting phone numbers between carriers, ensuring smooth transitions for customers, and providing top-notch support throughout the process. Experience in SMS registration is also recommended but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Phone Number Porting:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end phone number porting process between carriers for business and residential clients.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, customer support ) to ensure timely and efficient porting requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, addressing porting-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Review and verify porting documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve porting errors, delays, or rejections by collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of porting activities, timelines, and status updates.
• Provide customers with updates on the progress of their port requests, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the process.

The Campaign Registry Compliance:

• Manage registration and compliance processes with The Campaign Registry to ensure all messaging campaigns are properly registered and verified.
• Liaise with customers and partners to guide them through the registration process for text message campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure all customer campaigns are in alignment with compliance standards.
• Monitor campaign approval timelines and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign registration or verification issues by coordinating with the Registry and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in telecommunications, specifically in number porting processes and compliance.
• Familiarity with The Campaign Registry and messaging standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple porting and campaign requests simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with telecommunications platforms and databases preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with VoIP systems, SMS porting, and business telecommunication services.
• Familiarity with CRM, porting management systems, and campaign registration platforms.
