Large Monterey property management office seeking a professional property manager with proven leadership skills and practical knowledge/ hands on experience in residential property management. Must possess common sense, integrity, people skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and must have a strong work ethic and be a self- starter.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage landlord, tenant and vendor relationships through excellent written and oral communications
- Manage administrative functions and the preparation of budgets and review of reports.
- Comply with all Federal and Fair Housing, Employment and Discrimination laws
- Supervise leasing, maintenance, and receivable personnel
- Interact and respond to clients
- Coordinate maintenance/ repair projects
- Respond to off hours emergencies
- Perform property inspections
Requirements
- State of California Real Estate Sales or Broker license
- Proficiency with computers
- Knowledge in Landlord Tenant Law
- Knowledge of Building and Maintenance Practices
- Strong Communication and Problem Solving Skills
-Ability to work independent and as a team.
- Self-motivated
-Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
- Knowledge of Monterey and Salinas areas
