SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive project coordination support to professional delivery teams. This role is an integral part of the team, working closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution. The position offers visibility and interaction across all organizational levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with creating proposals and managing additional services requests.
Conduct research and compile due diligence reports, including front entitlement research.
Complete and submit permit applications.
Coordinate and assist with project submittals.
Develop and maintain a master workload and project schedule.
Facilitate periodic workload and project schedule performance reviews.
Monitor project performance and advise Project Managers on utilization and potential issues.
Assist with preparing monthly backlog reports.
Support marketing initiatives and help coordinate company events.
Perform minor office administrative tasks.
Drive for submittals or approvals as required, which may involve trips of an hour or longer.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Highly self-motivated and proactive with a strong commitment to quality and client service.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Excellent presentation, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Must be fluent in the English language.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client delivery support within a project-based industry, such as professional services, engineering, out-sourcing, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Ability to obtain notary public certification.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
