POSITION SUMMARY :
The Construction Contract Specialist is responsible for the preparation, issuance, and monitoring ofthe status and final execution of all Subcontracts, professional serviceagreements, and purchase orders. Thisrole also assists in the prequalification process and ensures all initialcompliance needs are met. Additionally, this role provides general administrativesupport for the division office. The Contract Administrator must be a flexibleand adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication skills.
