Position Overview: The School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, particularly in working with young children with diverse needs. This position involves developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) that support the developmental and educational goals of our students.
Key Responsibilities:

Instruction and Curriculum Development:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, setting realistic and measurable goals.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to address the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of students.
- Incorporate play-based and sensory activities that support early childhood development.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor students’ progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Use formal and informal assessment tools to evaluate students’ development and learning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
