What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s footprint across enterprise organizations. You’ll leverage your expertise in enterprise sales to engage HR and benefits leaders, showcase the value of the platform, and close transformative deals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on deal sizes ranging from $100K to 7-figure ACV.
- Developing and executing outbound sales strategies to build a strong pipeline.
- Partnering with HR and benefits stakeholders to demonstrate how our platform can revolutionize their approach to workforce money management.
- Consistently exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth trajectory.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
** Please Note: We are seeking a candidate with start-up or founding AE experience!**
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sales excellence, strategic thinking, and a consultative approach. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and build long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients.
- Experience: 5 years in enterprise sales, with a history of consistently exceeding quota and achieving President’s Club or similar accolades.
- Enterprise Deal Sizes: Experience closing deals ranging from $100K to 7-figure ACV.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with selling into HR and benefits functions at enterprise companies.
- Outbound Sales Expertise: Proven ability to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
- Tenure: Strong tenure in previous roles, with at least 2 years at each organization (no job-hopping).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate value propositions and build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Industry: Fintech/ HR / Recruitment/ B2B
What Will Set You Apart

- Enterprise AE experience at a growth-stage startup (~$10M–$20M ARR).
