Responsibilities
- Assist the program in supervising program participants and activities.
- Respond and advice students on registration and other logistic questions they may have.
- Assist faculty as needed.
- Work closely with the Non-Credit Programs team to ensure quality programming.
- Guide groups to various areas in NYC via public transportation.
- Provide individual and group supervision to participants during the day and overnight during the in-person week.
- Provide crisis intervention and assist with client needs as necessary.
- Maintain cordial and constant communication with staff and participants.
- Ensure that participants and activities are on schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Non-Credit Programs staff.
- High school diploma.
- 18 years old.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Available to work some weekends and after traditional business hours.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Moderate physical activity, including walking between various locations on campus.
