Summary
Assist with supervision of Overlook Activity Center operations including main floor, special
event room, and supervising staff in the performance of work duties and responsibilities.
Work schedule is seasonal, part time on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with occasional weekdays as needed from Fall to Spring. Limited hours will be available during summer months (June -September).
Essential Functions
- Assist in supervision of Overlook Activity Center staff; provide training, communicate and monitor adherence to policies, rules, and regulations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system for payment processing, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons, monitoring activities and responding to safety concerns as needed.
- Utilize knowledge of the facility's services, equipment, and operations to assist patrons and staff effectively.
- Help coordinate and distribute schedules for public sessions, private rentals, and special events such as birthday parties.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
