Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Partnerships & Events Manager and the Social Media Executive team to help grow and strengthen Manière De Voir’s relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. Your role will involve researching, sourcing, and managing influencer partnerships, ensuring our collaborations align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, social media, and influencer marketing, looking to gain hands-on experience at a fast-paced fashion brand.
What You’ll Do
Influencer Research & Outreach
- Identify and source on-brand influencers, content creators, and ambassadors across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Conduct outreach to potential collaborators, building strong relationships and negotiating partnerships.
- Assist in managing influencer gifting—coordinating product selections, tracking shipments, and following up to ensure content creation.
Campaign Coordination & Relationship Management
- Support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Track and monitor influencer activity, ensuring that deliverables meet brand expectations.
- Engage with influencer-generated content, reposting on brand channels and maintaining an active online presence.
- Help maintain an organised database of influencers and key campaign details.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance, tracking engagement, reach, and conversion rates from influencer collaborations.
- Assist in compiling reports with key insights, making data-driven recommendations for future influencer partnerships.
- Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities for growth.
This Is For You If
- You have 1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field (internships included).
- You’re passionate about fashion, digital marketing, and the creator economy.
- You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and emerging content creators.
- You’re highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple influencer relationships at once.
- You have great communication skills and can confidently reach out to new influencers and negotiate partnerships.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
