ServiceNow Discovery Process Owner

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an ServiceNow Discovery Process Owner for a remote position.

• Own and manage the ServiceNow discovery process, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow discovery tools to ensure comprehensive asset and service identification.
• Partner with IT teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement in discovery processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data collected through the discovery process, maintaining high data quality standards.
• Develop and present regular reports on discovery performance metrics, trends, and findings to senior management.
• Provide training and guidance to IT staff on ServiceNow discovery processes and best practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to IT asset management and discovery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow, specifically in discovery and asset management processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proven track record of managing discovery tools and technologies effectively.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• In addition to any experience required above, 7 years of relevant work experience is required.
