Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, be proficient in guest services, and have a keen attention to detail for night auditing tasks. This position requires excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accurate billing.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest preferences.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve any guest issues promptly.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations and guest information effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest relations.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus.
• Experience with night audit processes is highly desirable.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding guest services.
