Duties:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client information, medical history, and billing
- Assist veterinarians with various procedures and treatments
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage financial transactions
- Provide basic pet care advice to clients, including medication administration
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
