Manitowoc County's Human Services Department is seeking an Outpatient Psychotherapist to join their Clinical Services team! This position will provide and facilitate services for children/youth/adults with a mental illness and/or substance use disorders with the goal of avoiding institutionalization and enabling the individuals to live in the community in the most productive and least restrictive manner possible. This position:

- Provides sex offender treatment to juveniles who are court ordered to receive juvenile sex offender treatment.
- Provides individual and family counseling for ordered youth in need of sex offender treatment.
- Provides group and individual counseling to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorder.
- Provides case management, direct services and coordination of services with other providers. Assists clients with improving daily living skills.
- Provides crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health or substance abuse crisis situations.
- Facilitates referral, admission, transfer and discharge arrangements with inpatient and residential facilities.
