Lincoln High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate JV2 Boys Soccer Head Coach for the 2025-2026 season. The Stipend for this position is $2967.00. for the season. This position is ideal for a coach who values transformational leadership, prioritizing player growth on and off the field. The ideal candidate will embrace a servant leadership approach, fostering a positive, development-focused environment where freshmen athletes build confidence, character, and fundamental soccer skills.
Patience, encouragement, and the ability to connect with young athletes are essential, as this role requires working with players who may be new to competitive soccer.
