Lower School Teaching Assistant

Manlius Pebble Hill School (MPH) seeks a caring and experienced Lower School Teaching Assistant to join us for the 2025-26 school year. Reporting to the Head of Lower School, the Lower School Teaching Assistant is a part-time, benefits-eligible academic-year (from August 25, 2025 - June 8, 2026) faculty position. The responsibilities include working with Lower School (PreK - 2nd grade) children and teachers to facilitate a supportive and dynamic environment that is responsive to student needs and interests. The hours are school days, 8:00 am to 3:15 pm. The annual salary range is $33,500 - $37,500, with excellent benefits that include medical, dental, and life insurance, and an employer-matching retirement savings plan.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Education or related field (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
• At least one year of experience working with children in an educational setting
