Are you a motivated and experienced automotive sales associate with a solid understanding of sales desk operations? We’re looking for a Hybrid Sales Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic team! This position is ideal for someone who is looking to grow their career in the automotive industry, with the potential for advancement into a full-time Sales Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist in managing sales desk operations, Internet / Floor traffic sales, and coordinating sales team efforts.
- Help guide and mentor junior sales associates.
- Utilize your sales desk experience to support sales processes and ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through effective strategies and customer engagement.
- Drive new business by seeking out sales opportunities both in-person and remotely.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a solid understanding of sales desk operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and in-office work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
