Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, assisting with inquiries and demonstrating product features.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain organized records of product specifications, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are helpful to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Experience in sales support or retail environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and training sessions.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to obtain or currently have a California Occupational License
