Logistics Lead – Trucking Dept
Pay range is $19 - $21 hour

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated professional to join our Trucking Department as a Logistics Lead in Hackensack, MN.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for overseeing all trucking department at the Hackensack facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate dispatch for outbound customer loads and transfers between our facilities.
- Process paperwork for incoming and outgoing loads.
- Coordinate incoming loads with other companies and other Mann Lake locations.
- Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work, mentoring and training employees
- Ability to work regularly and dependably.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Demonstrate ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and cooperative temperament with coworkers and customers.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Prior management experience with strong leadership skills, preferred
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Must have good safety habits and attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Effective communication skills; written and oral.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including the telephone.
- Mobility within the work facility.
- Ability to operate computer keyboard and telephone.
- Ability to operate a forklift, including a stand-up.
- Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time.
