We are looking for a Cleaning Technician
Job: Cleaning Technician
Wage: $35-$55 a day
Hours: based day to day
Requirements: able to lift more than 15lbs, stand on feet more than 4hrs, able to work early mornings or late evenings and open to cleaning all areas required for the job. Ages 18 and up. Clean driving record is required.
*Background and drug screening is required.
Mann Maid Cleaning Service is a family oriented business built on pressure washing and interior cleaning. Our interior cleaning department is expanding and we are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals. Mann Maid Cleaning serves the Jacksonville, St John’s, Clay and the Beaches.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Residential(a checklist) will be provided upon hire.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established protocols.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when restocking is needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per day
Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
