Description
Mann Wireless does the important work of making cell phones and emergency responder radios work in buildings.
Mann Wireless is looking for a Sales Manager with some experience in any related space (Wireless, Telecommunications, Security Systems, Cable, Construction, Electrical, IT, etc.) This position will be a mix of inside and outside sales. Customers will include Wireless Carriers, General and Electrical Contractors, Building Owners, Manufacturers, Government Entities and Agencies.
This position will sell engineering and installation services. Experience selling engineering services and a basic understanding of radio frequency (RF) principles and/or electrical engineering is helpful, but not required. This position will travel throughout the Florida market and will visit prospective customers, attend trade shows and networking events extensively. Travel costs will be reimbursed.
Reports to the CEO/Owner.
Candidates should be based in the Tampa/Clearwater markets, but candidates located within 3 hours of Largo, Florida may be considered.
This position is base plus commission with an excellent benefits package. Full-time and part-time candidates considered.

Requirements
- Must be comfortable speaking to a crowd and participating in industry events
- Must be comfortable networking and "cold calling" prospects
- Must have excellent research skills for identifying prospective customers
- Must be proficient in English and have excellent written and verbal communications
- Must present self in a professional manner
- Existing industry contacts are a plus
- Experience or education in Sales, Engineering Sales, Business or related is a plus
- DAS and Small Cell industry experience is preferred by not required
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record
- Experience using a CRM
- Must be comfortable with a commission framework and capable of closing
