GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Cuts material to meet customer requirements / specifications which are supplied to operator through internal work copies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Selects steel :
Uses caution to avoid damage to the steel.
Uses tape measure and calipers to verify correct size of material.
Uses color code to verify composition and / or thickness of material.
Burns steel :
Sets up burner for best quality of cut.
Sets up burner for best efficiency of material use.
Ensures that all cuts are accurate, per customer order.
Returns steel to stock :
Marks all drops with heat numbers, other identifying numbers, and color codes to ensure the identity of the steel.
Uses caution to avoid damage to the steel.
Performs routine maintenance on burner and associated equipment.
Keeps table and entire area clean.
Ensures needed repairs are made promptly.
Performs all tasks safely; obeys all safety rules.
Performs other duties assigned by foreman as necessary to complete the shift.

Required Skills Required Experience
Qualifications :
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Knowledge and experience with Azure SAAS and PAAS offerings, specifically in the areas of data ETL, storage, analysis, and presentation / integration with other systems
Knowledge and experience working with R, Python, or similar languages
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develops solid, tested, enterprise level code to create underlying data architecture and ETL processes using SQL, C# and other languages as required
Provides guidance and leadership to other developers on the team to ensure software, data quality and standards are met
Works independently and from technical documentation such as functional specifications
Participates in development quality activities such as code reviews, integration testing, and support of the Online Business and Technology Team
Creates and updates functional specifications
Research, track, and understand new data technologies to provide technical leadership in developing data solutions and analyzing business requirements
Writes program specifications, designs, codes, tests, and debugs programs, as well as documents procedures
Remains current on industry standard security best practices, implements these patterns within code and ensures standardization through code reviews
Works with the Software Architect to understand and support the full breadth of the organization’s software and data platforms
Maintain a commitment to and align with ACE mission, vision, values, and programs, to successfully lead teams to represent ACE
