Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our team. The Marketing Designer will be responsible for developing clear and effective materials across various digital and print channels. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design with experience in web design. This position will follow the firm's current hybrid policy of 4 days per week in office.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, designs and layouts for digital and print collateral, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, publications, websites, digital ads, social media, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Work with printers and other third-party vendors as needed.
- Optimize and maintain the corporate brand standards.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in design, marketing and digital experiences.
- Other design-related tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design with strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (e.g., Canva), and Microsoft Office tools
- Solid understanding of web design principles
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems
- A passion for creativity and continuous learning in the field of graphic and web design
- Ability work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment and willing to support the team as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools a plus.

Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 expected base salary
