Our client, in Swanton VT is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team. As an administrative assistant, you will be part of the sales team as well as the inventory team. This position requires you to learn their software and you will be ordering inventory, buying supplies, assist the sales teams in leads, and contacts. be a liaison between human resources and the operations manager.

Pay Range : 22-24 an hour
What’s the Job?
Clerical duties, emails, calls, scheduling appointments
Buying supplies and inventory as needed
Assisting Sales with Leads, contacts, marketing
Work closely with Management to ensure transparency between operations
Enter orders, invoice and payments
What’s Needed?
Bookkeeping skills
Basic Accounting Ability
Comfortable learning new software
Desire to grow with a company & Advance
Use of Microsoft, Outlook, Excel are helpful
