Our client, a global chemical industry, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be part of the Global Compensation Team supporting various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, a solid understanding of compensation processes, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Compensation Analyst

Location : Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Pay Range : Not disclosed

What's the Job?

Research and efficiently complete a large volume of compensation surveys and maintain an extensive survey library.

Assist in the implementation of a compensation market pricing tool to ensure accurate data management.

Provide administrative support related to the Compensation and Recognition program.

Perform job evaluation and pricing requests using competitive market data.

Support during the annual bonus and merit cycle with various data analyses.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 3 years of experience in broad-based compensation.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work on multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
