Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Customer Assistance Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you will be part of the Securities Based Lending department. What's the Job?
Verify terms, amounts, and instructions for draw requests during the promotion period.
Process bookkeeping entries for transactions.
Maintain customer account information.
Provide a high level of customer service to the capital markets business units.
Review client data on account opening forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
5-9 years of relevant experience in operations or customer service.
Good customer service skills and ability to handle inbound phone calls.
Proficiency in Excel and Word is a plus.
