Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team at our Chaska locations. As a key member of our support team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Meal planning and preparation to cater to individual dietary needs
• Facilitating community activities through transportation services
• Providing personal and medical care assistance, including bathing and dressing
• Behavioral management and support to promote independence
• Medication administration as per prescribed guidelines

Available Shift Options

We offer three shift types: mornings (6am-2pm), evenings (2pm-10pm), and overnights (asleep) from 10pm-6am.

Compensation Information

The hourly wage for this position is $16.00, with a reduced rate of $13.00 for asleep overnight shifts. Direct Support Professional Lead roles come with a salary of $17.00 per hour, while On-Call Direct Support Professionals receive $17.00 per hour for hours worked during on-call weekends.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with varying needs
• At least 18 years old
• SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A BACKGROUND CHECK
• A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record
