Field Services Support Specialist

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise : You'll perform diagnostics, installations, repairs, and retrofits on equipment. You'll also handle basic connected installations and provide customer training.Managing Territory : You'll effectively manage your territory, inventory, and customer relationships. You will also work closely with sales partners and complete all required administrative tasks.Customer Service : Interaction with customers is a major part of this role. You'll ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, provide technical assistance, and maintain professional relationships.Qualifications and SkillsRequired : A valid state driver's license and auto insurance coverage.Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuitry, and digital competencies.Problem-Solving : Methodical approach to resolving problems and strong judgment in troubleshooting.Communication : Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Technical Reading : Ability to comprehend written technical information.Working ConditionsTravel : Extensive travel is required, either by automobile or on foot, often in a variety of weather conditions.Physical Demands : You'll need to be able to move heavy objects, and perform frequent stooping, bending, and kneeling.Work Environment : Exposure to minor cuts, burns, chemical solvents, and cleaners is common.
