Our client, the first MDI bank in Indiana opening in Q2 2025, is seeking a Head of Business Development to join their team. As a Head of Business Development, you will be part of the Executive Team. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, leadership and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Responsible for leading sales and service strategies for branch network and commercial bank.
Ensure staff execute satisfactory performance related to managing client relationships, and adherence to compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in community and business-related organizations and attend major civic events to maintain visibility throughout the community and develop new customer relationships.

Manage, coach, and mentor a team of deposit operations professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
What’s Needed?
Significant experience in sales, business development and banking with a focus on loan and deposit products and services, ideally in a leadership capacity.
Knowledge of banking software and digital tools used in deposit management.
Compliance Knowledge Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting deposits, including AML, KYC, and other relevant standards
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance and activities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in regulatory compliance
