You'll serve as the go-to HR contact for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and providing HR guidance to managers and employees. Additionally, you'll lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve quality, and boost operational effectiveness within the plant. You will be crucial in ensuring the smooth adoption of organizational changes and new initiatives.

Pay Range : $85,000 - $110,000
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
3-5 years’ experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence leaders and managers to support operational goals.
