As a Medical Office - Accounting Clerk, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Medical Office - Accounting Clerk
Location : Teays Valley, WV
Pay Range : $16.50 / per hour
What's the Job?
Process accounts payable invoices according to company guidelines.
Receive, track, and enter all invoices into the accounts payable module in the accounting system.
File accounts payable documents accurately and efficiently.
Serve as a backup for the Staff Accountant in sorting daily mail and distributing it to the proper departments.
Assist with daily bank deposits and manage other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
