We are seeking a Process Technician to join our client in the Automotive Industry. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the Injection Mold team, supporting other technicians and engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
- Inspect parts with precision tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in injection molding or related manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and logic controllers
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and work with plastics extrusion
