- A high school diploma/GED and 3 years of technical maintenance experience, particularly with automation/PLC controls.
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Proficiency in operating shop equipment such as cranes, hoists, and power tools.
- The ability to pass welding tests in MIG and stick welding.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs and adjustments.
