This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with high-net-worth investors, business partners, and clientele.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for the private family and affiliated businesses.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments with the primary stakeholders.
Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accommodations, and logistics.
Handle confidential documents, financial records, and sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in real estate and property management by coordinating maintenance, lease agreements, and vendor relations.
Support investment fund operations and data management.
Facilitate public relations efforts by drafting correspondence, managing media accounts, and assisting with brand representation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business associates, and service providers.
Perform additional administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations across all business ventures.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative experience, preferably in private family offices, investment firms, or high-net-worth environments.
Strong interpersonal skills—polished, professional, and adept at handling high-profile clientele.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Experience coordinating travel, managing properties, and supporting investment-related activities is a plus.
