Primary Responsibilities :
Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
Enhance and manage diversity committees (similar to ERGs), providing structure and resources.
Lead and contribute to DEI-focused projects, ensuring key deliverables are met.
Create tools and processes to support long-term DEI success.
Ideal Candidate :
- 3 years of experience in DEI project work, tool development, and strategy implementation.
- Strong project management skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Proven thought leadership in driving DEI initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Job Details :
Shift : Standard 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay : $60 - $75 per hour
Type : Temp-to-Hire (Remote, must be located in or near West Hills, CA)
