EST Virtual - Sr. Technical Recruiter- Consultant

Virtual - EST : Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

We are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our team on a W2 contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the AI space. This position requires a strategic approach to sourcing, including Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, and passive candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and recruit candidates for AI roles, including dev ops, data scientists, software engineers, and more.
• Utilize Workday ATS for managing the recruitment process.
• Conduct strategic sourcing using Boolean, X-Ray, and other advanced techniques.
• Screen and evaluate candidate's technical skills, particularly in AI and programming languages like Python.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
