Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients - a specialty metals company.
This is a long-term/no end date W2 Contract position that will work onsite 1 day a week at our client’s office in Kansas City, MO
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-volume manufacturing (i.e.CNC Machinist, Assemblers, Welders, skilled Laborers, etc.) recruitment with innovative grassroots sourcing techniques.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Utilize your industry knowledge to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing recruitment.
Expertise in grassroots sourcing and recruiting techniques.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Tech-savvy with a knack for leveraging technology in recruitment ideally with Workday experience.
Prior RPO experience is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or GED
