- What's the Job?
- Support all authorized showrooms with timely and accurate order entry, including order confirmations and review of EDI orders. Provide pre- and post-sales support through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a high service rating. Process and interpret reports such as open order reports and EDI. Utilize resources and tools to assist in troubleshooting customer technical questions. Work collaboratively with the supply chain to confirm lead times and provide proactive updates to customers.

Critical thinking skills to evaluate and propose solutions for customer inquiries. Experience with data entry and reporting using software such as SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
